What We Offer:
Respite Care: Our respite services give families a much-needed break while ensuring children and young people receive high-quality care in a safe and nurturing environment. We work closely with families to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
Overnight Support: In certain circumstances, overnight support can be provided to ensure continuity of care. Whether it’s due to family needs or a specific requirement of the child, we offer overnight care to support their health, comfort, and well-being.
Community Access: We encourage social engagement through a variety of community activities, such as outings to local parks, shopping trips, and attending community events. These activities foster independence, socialization, and personal development.
After-School Care: Our after-school care services provide a safe and supportive environment for children and young people after their school day, helping them to engage in enriching activities, complete homework, and enjoy time with their peers.
School Holiday Programs: During school breaks, we offer structured holiday care programs that include fun and educational activities, ensuring children stay active, engaged, and socialized throughout their time off.
Transportation Services: We provide transportation assistance to ensure children and young people can access community activities, school, medical appointments, and more, offering them greater independence and easing the logistical challenges for families.
